5-6 Mint Leaves
1.5oz Haitian Rum
1oz Simple Syrup
0.75oz Lime Juice
1tsp Curaçao
Angostura Bitters
2oz Viarae Prosecco
Mint Leaf Garnish
Recipe
Step 1: Muddle mint leaves in shaker
Step 2: Add rum, simple syrup, lime juice, curaçao, and 2 dashes of bitters to shaker
Step 3: Add ice & shake until chilled
Step 4: Double strain into a coupe glass
Step 5: Top with Viarae Prosecco
Step 6: Garnish with mint leaf
